I have always had a soft spot for my - kind of - hometown of Detroit and every good piece of news is always shouted out! A list by JD Powers of current customer satisfaction with Airports is below. One exception, though. And herein lies the point of the article. The one criticism I would have of Detroit is their treatment of wheelchair passengers that I don't see anywhere else but there. My father complained to me one time about the humiliation of his being being "lined up" with the wheelchairs while waiting for a flight. I have finally seen this for myself and though it's hard for me to explain why, but it was an uncomfortable sight to see handicapped folks lined up like a wheelchair parade. Just didn't seem right......
